The Shotglass Weekend Experience

You will love this package as it gives you exclusive access to the stunning Free Spirit Ranch Event Venue from 6pm on the Friday of your wedding weekend to a Sunday early morning 1am final checkout.

This time flexibility provides you the opportunity to ensure every detail is perfect for your unique celebration, conduct a dress rehearsal, and welcome out of town guests for a pre-party toast at the Mayor’s Flask Barn. Saturday is of course; all about you and being present for your momentous wedding. After having shared your vows under the beautiful timber arch beside the stunning Fountain pond, you will be whisked away by your photographer to the unlimited number of staging areas on site for wedding photo magic. And your Guests? Your guests will be strolling the grounds with beverage in hand; taking in the sun, the flowing water of Boulder creek, playing various lawn games or simply saying hello to our horses roaming in the pasture; this would be followed by the wedding reception in the stunning Free Spirit Ranch Event Barn and the celebrating would go on from there.

The On The Rocks Weekend Experience

The On The Rocks is a step up from The Shot Glass Package offering an extended access from 10 am the Friday of your wedding weekend to 1 am early Sunday, which invites luxurious peace of mind. By choosing this option, you can enjoy the experience of making sure every detail is meticulously managed; allowing you to relax into a leisurely dress rehearsal that evening. Feel free to bring along some delicious eats to share and welcome out of town guests for a pre-party toast at the Mayor’s Flask Barn the night before your momentous day where friends and family will create a lifetime of memories right by your side.

The Champagne Weekend Experience

This package is the elite weekend wedding experience allowing for preparation, celebration and winding down! With a 10 am check in on your wedding Friday to a Sunday 4pm afternoon check out, this package will have you stepping into your wedding weekend with excited anticipation knowing that all the details will be perfectly addressed a full day before your wedding. On the Friday evening you will have a leisurely walk through ceremony details in your dress rehearsal, have time for sharing food and drink, and even invite out of town guests for a pre-party toast at The Mayor’s Flask Barn. Of course, the next day is all about your once in a lifetime wedding. You will feel grounded and fully present to experience this momentous day. Lastly, on the Sunday; you will be able to share a leisurely goodbye to your out of town guests while commemorating and story telling of the fun had by all the night before. Your guests will leave with hearts filled having enjoyed every moment of your momentous wedding weekend.

The Premium Vintage Reserve Experience

This is our top shelf package which invites you to elevate your experience by enjoying exclusive assistance with your wedding logistics for orientation, lay out discussions and tear down, access to the entire venue including the meticulously designed indoor and outdoor spaces, the grand event barn and the unique Mayor’s Flask Barn, all set within the mountain inspired ranch property.

This package will be all about your wedding from 10am on the Friday of your wedding to a 1am early Sunday morning check out. On the Friday evening you will have a leisurely walk through ceremony details in your dress rehearsal, have time for sharing food and drink, and even invite out of town guests for a pre-party toast at The Mayor’s Flask Barn. This package gives the wedding couple a chance to make sure that everything is in place for their once in a lifetime celebration, host a a pre party celebration, enjoy their wedding morning and day to the fullest then whisk off into the night leaving the logistics behind.

The Seltzer Celebration (2 Full Day Access)

This package offers exclusive use of the stunning Free Spirit Ranch Venue like that of the On The Rocks Experience; however it is on any other day than a Friday-Saturday.

This package gives the wedding couple a chance to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect and that guests leave with rave reviews and a lifetime of memories without the expense of peak time pricing.

Absolutely loved this place for the wellness event I attended. Very easy to get to on paved roads yet still felt quiet and private.

From the moment we drove through the gorgeous ranch gate, stepped into this amazing facility and met Renee, we knew this was the location for our wedding. This venue allows us to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony at their fountain pond, the main barn for our reception that will comfortably host all our guests (~140) and has multiple indoor/outdoor zones for gathering.
