along with the Mayor’s Flask Barn for the pre-event toasts the night before your celebration,

Our wedding packages range from $6495 + GST – $10 995 + GST

offering comprehensive value with an all-inclusive list of venue features.

Note: A Ceremony Only option has been added starting at $2000+GST for 4 hours of access.

The NEW Shotglass Experience

You will love this package as it gives you exclusive access to the stunning Free Spirit Ranch Event Venue from 6pm on Thursday to Friday at midnight, with a 1 am checkout for your vendors.

This flexible schedule allows you to arrive with ease, take your time setting up, and ensure every detail reflects your vision. Gather your loved ones for a dress rehearsal or an intimate pre-celebration toast at the Mayor’s Flask Barn as you settle into the energy and spaces of the ranch.

When your wedding day begins, the pace is yours to set. Exchange vows beneath the handcrafted timber arch by the Fountain Pond, then wander with your photographer through the many breathtaking spaces across the property. While you soak in every moment, your guests can enjoy the grounds — strolling beside Boulder Creek, playing lawn games, or greeting the horses grazing in the pasture — before joining you in the Event Barn for an evening of celebration.

The NEW On The Rocks Experience

The On The Rocks is a step up from The Shot Glass Package offering an extended access from 10 am on the Thursday to Friday at midnight, with a 1 am check out for vendors.

This option gives you the time and space to create a seamless celebration — to decorate, rehearse, and unwind without feeling rushed. Enjoy a relaxed evening on the ranch as you gather with loved ones for a dress rehearsal or pre-wedding toast at the Mayor’s Flask Barn. Share some good food, laughter, and anticipation for the day ahead, surrounded by the charm and warmth of Free Spirit Ranch.

When your wedding day arrives, you’ll be fully present and ready to soak in every moment as your vision comes to life — from your ceremony by the Fountain Pond to an unforgettable reception in the Event Barn.

The NEW Champagne Weekend Experience

The Champagne Weekend Experience is the elite wedding package that allows for full preparation, celebration, and a peaceful wind-down. With check-in at 8am on Saturday and checkout at 10 am on Sunday, this package gives you the time and freedom to truly enjoy every part of your wedding journey — from the excitement of the morning preparations to the joy of the evening celebration.

Saturday is yours to savour — a full day dedicated to your once-in-a-lifetime wedding. From your ceremony beneath the timber arch by the Fountain Pond to your evening reception in the Event Barn, you’ll have the space to be fully present.

Sunday invites you to slow down and take it all in — to share a quiet morning together, reflect on the memories made, and enjoy the calm after your celebration before packing up at your own pace. Vehicles, décor, bar items, snack provisions, and personal belongings can remain overnight for easy departure.

The Seltzer Celebration offers exclusive use of the stunning Free Spirit Ranch Venue — just like our On The Rocks Experience — but designed for couples who prefer a weekday celebration. This package provides the same beautiful setting and thoughtful flexibility, allowing you to create an unforgettable wedding experience at a more accessible rate than peak weekend pricing.

Enjoy the ease of having everything perfectly in place, knowing your celebration will be remembered for its beauty, flow, and relaxed atmosphere. Whether it’s an intimate weekday gathering or a full celebration with friends and family, The Seltzer Celebration delivers all the charm and comfort of the ranch at a time that works best for you.

For couples seeking a simple yet unforgettable “I do,” our Ceremony Only option offers the perfect setting to exchange vows surrounded by the natural beauty of Free Spirit Ranch.

Available Sunday through Thursday (dependent on availability), this package provides exclusive use of the ceremony space for up to 4 hours, beginning with a 1pm check-in. It’s an ideal choice for intimate celebrations, elopements, or vow renewals in a serene ranch setting.

A Dream Come True at the Ranch! Our wedding at this stunning ranch-style venue was nothing short of magical. From the moment we set foot on the property, we knew it was the perfect place to say “I do.” The scenery was breathtaking—the perfect blend of rustic charm and natural beauty. It truly felt like something out of a fairytale.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Renee and the whole free spirit ranch team. Renee was helpful and accommodating every step of the way, she made the whole wedding planning process easier & the venue is beautiful! All of our guests could not stop gushing about how naturally beautiful the entire place was. It was truly a perfect day in a perfect location!

We had such a positive experience at Free Spirit Ranch. From the moment Renee opened the front door on the cold February evening, to our departure as we locked the door on our way out in May, we wouldn’t have changed a thing. The venue is absolutely amazing! Renee made us feel very welcome and like family. Would highly recommend Free Spirit Ranch for your wedding or special event venue. You won’t be disappointed. We made some very special memories because of our time at the Ranch and we left some great vibes to share with others that are lucky enough to book with Free Spirit Ranch.

Recently got married there and we were very happy we chose Free Spirit. Renee was very easy to chat to and answered any questions quickly. We appreciated the freedom we had at this venue to choose any caterer or vendors we wanted (though they have a full list of trusted vendors if you don’t have preferences). We also appreciated how we were allowed to rearrange furniture and different elements of the permanent decor to accommodate our table layout and the way we wanted things to look. We had about 100 guests and the size was perfect, not too big and not too small. We would definitely recommend!

Free Spirit Ranch has everything you didn’t even know you needed. The grand entrance gate sets the tone, and the venue itself offers plenty of space. The built-in bar area, his & hers get-ready rooms, and the stunning decor and finishing touches really made the day feel special.

If there was the option to give more than 5 stars, I would! The venue is absolutely STUNNING - from the moment you step on the property you feel like you are meant to be there. I could not have to asked for a better place to say, "I do". Thank you to Rene and everyone at Free Spirit for truly making our wedding day magical.
